You can request a refund in the event of loss, theft or damage to your OV chip card. Or if your train is delayed. But there are other situations in which you are entitled to a refund. We are happy to inform you how to easily arrange this. E-tickets cannot be changed, returned and refunded. The 'Money back in case of delay' scheme does apply to e-tickets.
