You are near the bike and at the right location

You have a good internet connection and your geolocation services are turned on.
- As a cause of continuing to search for different WiFi points, close your WiFi and restart it.
If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please try to:

Force stop the app and open it again

Update the app if a new app release is available

Update your phone operating system

Restart your phone

If nothing else fixes the problem, reinstall the app.
