If you cannot start or end your ride, make sure:

You are inside our operation area and where parking is allowed. Area borders and non-parking zones are indicated on the map in the app

You have a good internet connection and your geolocation services are turned on.
If this does not solve your problem, try the following:

Close Gaiyo and open Gaiyo again

Update the app Gaiyo when a new app release is available

Update your phone's operating system

Restart your phone

If nothing else fixes the problem, reinstall the app.
